Black appear too little during Index separation, how to…?
Black appear too little because we pick the pure black (R=0, G=0, B=0) only during building the color palette. To make the black to appear more heavily, pick several blacks. Pick black green if you want black to appear more in the green area of a design, pick black Navy if you want black to appear more in the Navy area of a design.

You can pick as many black as you like provided that they are very near to pure black (R=0, G=0, B=0).

select black purple

The black being pick at the image above is Black purple (R=28, G=14, B=31) which is very near to "pure black".

After finish indexing, go to Mode > Color Table, select/drag all the black (including the pure black) boxes, set them into pure black (R=0, G=0, B=0)

You can easily manage the colors' distribution & behavior as long as you understand index color separation. Trial & true.
